Yoga is an old discipline from India, which uses breathing techniques, exercises and meditation to improve health and happiness. Inspired from Iyengar yoga style, you will learn and practice different yoga postures with deep awareness of correct body alignments and precise actions. This yoga practice will put emphasis on your physical, psychological and spiritual well-being: EXERCISE, FOCUS and SELF-AWARENESS.

Classes are given in a small group format; yoga therapy adapts the practice of yoga to the needs of people with specific or persistent health problems not usually addressed in a group class. Your yoga therapist will prescribe specific regimens of postures, breathing exercises and relaxation techniques to suit individual needs.
